Energy Transfer Equity USD1.0bn 5.50% 1 June 2027 senior unsecured bond

Energy Transfer Equity (Mkt Cap: USD18.70bn as at 2 May 2017) transfers natural gas and other energy resources through its massive pipelines running across the country. The company acts as the general partner of Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) and Regency Energy Partners. Through these operations, and Southern Union, the company owns natural gas pipelines all over the country and a crude oil pipeline with the capacity of around 12,300 miles. Over 400 locations in 40 US states, Energy Transfer Equity’s family of companies owns 71,000 miles of natural gas, natural gas liquids, refined products, and crude pipelines.
